Do they tattoo at concerts?
Well, I'm going to see Marilyn Manson in December, and I also want to get the heart tattooed on spiral my arm. I think it be amazing to do that day, but he'll have five hours to get to London so I will not get to do advance, and then all places will be shut down. So I wondered, as I have not been to many concerts, so there would be a place tattoos?
Not at all, I went to. And I would be very very skeptical of those could be. A concert is far from the most sanitary places. Most people will be too drunk to get tattooed head.
