You can not play the Sims 3, even when the system is more than the min requirements, help?
Hello, I realize a lot of people are having similar problems with the game. My system is more than enough to play the sims 3, but for some reason, it just crashes – leaving a black screen with white dots, or once in when the screen of a teal color with white spots. Do not let me do anything when that happens, so I have to completely shut down my system. I upgraded all aspects of my computer (video cards, etc) with driver updates. I know who along with my video card (Radeon X300 SE 128 MB) and is compatible with pixel shader, so what am I doing? Any ideas? Or should I wait for the patch? Oh and the crash seems to happen after five minutes of play … upset. Thanks! XP user, of course. 
The video card is the minimum spec, everything else exceeds expectations!
Start looking at the issues online with your video card. I bought a video card that claimed to have the shader I needed, but ended the line broke and had a lower level shading. Sometimes, video cards come with problems. My second computer was a corrupt card to play some games, but then completely blocked my team. The company sent me a new one to replace it and that everything is correct sailing.
