Why is my tattoo wrinkly and shiny?

Ok, so a few weeks ago, I took my tattoo machine and I finished my coloring Hanya, I used Red Candy Apple Candy by the skin shader I used a round. The tattoo was really ideal for the first few days, then the type of ink blotted my skin while I gently washed. Now, my tattoo is still red, but much lighter and brighter. First SkinCandy is crap, especially the reds and oranges. When you use these colors as I suggest physical or DMC. In addition, you probably do not pack the ink correctly.
