Astro Phex true or false?
Just wondering if anyone has tried the pill for BNS Astro Phex've seen a lot of pros and cons, but I want know from experience that used in the UFC .. Thanks guys ~ ~ Colton There is a new diet pill called Fitness Astro Phex by BSN i was woundering if this really works, My main reason is that going to the gym on Saturdays, Sundays and every day or every two days I will run through the night and sit-ups, and yet I still unable to get my 4pack to show, can anyone give me some advice? As. . make my abs need a day off? any supplements or foods that help, I run 6 laps, it will help if I just did less laps, but ran as fast as I could, like the sprints? once n awhile or just keep i knoww guys run really does not help me ~ ~ Colton
Take 2 capsules before training. I did weigh 205 6'1 15% body fat. I work with the training normal, as a bank, Clean, Curl. I think if you really want to lose weight should pick up boxing. It's a great thing to learn and great exercise. in about two months later was at 180 6'1 with 7% body fat. Eat whole chicken. Not fried foods. I recommend the pasta occasionally.
