One Eye
What can I do to help my kitten with one eye closed/swollen?
We have 2-week old kittens who just opened their eyes a couple of days ago. Now one of the kittens has one eye closed and it seems to be swollen. I’m very worried and not sure what could have caused it or how to help. Can anyone give advice on what to do, while we wait to take the kitten to the vet tomorrow?
You can get a soft cloth with warm water and just gently wipe her eye to make sure it doesn’t get dried shut. It’s great that you already are planning on taking her to the vet tomorrow. Otherwise keep her warm and fed and she’ll probably be fine.
