How can I overcome my fear of needles?
see, I want to be a doctor when I grow up, but there will always be a race with Neddles. Some tips to help me overcome this dilemma?
I'ma Medical Lab Tech and a few people who were in my class back in college have afraid of needles … Our work involves the removal of blood from time to time, they tended to be much less afraid of their own hands when they have learned to stick and draw blood from other people. If you could have a medical professional (phlebotomy, nurse, lab tech etc) teach you the proper way to draw blood and paste a few people about you that might help you overcome your fear … Just a thought.
