Do you have passion for making handmade crafts? There is a big demand for handicrafts at the present time. Tourists love buying this work of art both for personal use and as gifts when they go back to their countries. Best of all such trade can be made into a home based business. Work at home where you are in control. Work as much as you want, no schedules to follow, though you should be disciplined enough to meet deadlines for clients.

The handmade bread, how do you …?
… make a loaf of bread made by hand (I refuse to use a bread machine) is a decent size? I tried to let my activate the yeast in a mixture of one cup of water with 3 tablespoons of honey / sugar then leave it alone for about 10 minuets. I tried my bread proofing in my course at 170F with a baking dish of water to help. I proof for about 30 minuets. I also try not to knead too much. And my bread, so delicious, never seems to rise to the point of a loaf of bread commercial. What's the trick?
Not knowing your recipe or see you while you make your bread, I have some thoughts. You may want to try a different recipe – Perhaps one with more yeast – some recipes for breads are heavier. Bread Flour may also help because it has more gluten and protein to raise more high. Commercial bread has "air conditioners" to help it to rise and, therefore, rises above and is lighter than most homemade.
