How do you deal with colleagues who jam the photocopier and walk away?
There are only 2 people (women), but they are be the biggest users of the copying machine. I know it happens in all societies, but my service is based on the copier for receipts. I usually end up fixing the jam and the addition of paper
Ask your supervisor to talk to their supervisor on problem and recommend that the next time you are stuck, you can bring people together who have not yet learned how to clear the jam and their provide a demonstration. It would of course we must remember that leaving a mess for someone else to be treated is unacceptable and if it happens after the event, they will be drafted. Time is money and their blatant disregard for the right problem is wasting away time.
