Can I be pregnant, even if the ovulation predictor kit showed all negative for 5 days straight?
I used the kit for 5 consecutive days, days 13-17 of my cycle. My cycles last between 28 and 31 days normally. I got all results negative, but now I am on day 32 of my cycle and no period. Is it possible that the test just does not take account of the outbreak? How accurate are they? Do you I can take a HPT now?
If you are late on your period then yeah take a HPT. The test OPK arent all that accurate. If you do produce much of the hormone it detects from your LH surge when it comes out negative. If you have irregular cycles … as you said yours are usually between 28 and 31 days, followed by all cycles your past and can predict the exact date of ovulation. Remember that you can get pregnant anytime during the month but obviously your ovulation day and the days around which are the best time to concieve. Good luck and baby dust x
