Is it acceptable to shoot Hungarian AMD65 without the front handle?
would it ok to shoot only with the hand guard metal? Or is it too hot to put his hand under the guard by hand after 400rds? If it is too dangerous, where can I buy a complete assembly of the gas tube and under guard by hand?
The perforated metal bit lower handguard get quite hot after less than 400 rounds of rapid fire. I do not know if aftermarket handguard upper and lower with the tube will fit the AMD-65, because it was designed with a short barrel and metal abbreviared below to start. This is an unusual step away from the original design Kalasnikov, and in May to replace the handguard difficult without changing the most low the new set. I note that the lists in the United States have AK-type receptors, there is a specific receptor to accept AMD-65 parts sets, which of course have their own style folding stock unique to them.
