Framework Tattoo
I just moved to Washington and want to get a tattoo, is there any place that’ll do it if i bring a parent?
i’ve done my research and found that there is no legal framework for enforcement to this “law” which is why some studios choose to tattoo any ways but i have yet to find one in the seattle area. does anyone know a tattoo studio who will tattoo a 116 year old with parental consent? and dont say think about it and in time you wont want the tattoo anymore, cause i have thought about it for a long while and i do in fact want this tattoo, thank you.
Actually, if you look at the law books, it is illegal for anyone in the state of Washington to tattoo a minor. If they do, it is considered a misdemeanor. So you will have to wait until you are 18 if you want to get tattooed by a legal artist. IF you do find someone to tattoo you at the age of 16, realize they are breaking the law, and are probably breaking other laws (such as not autoclaving their equipment which can and will spread diseases).
You will have to wait until you are 18.
