Becoming involved in the Victim Benefit Concerts:

First and foremost, I want you to know that I deeply appreciate the interest and enthusiasm that you are showing for the concerts/seminars to benefit victims and the organizations that work with them.  These concerts are going to benefit victims, the organizations that work with these victims and performers throughout the United States, with expectations of spreading globally. The goals of this program:1.    To teach victims to become survivors.2.    To financially benefit the organizations that work with victims.3.    To offer artists and bands exposure in the industry, media and potential sponsors, etc. which could become key to their future success.I know that generally these are hard times, which is why I must talk a bit about history.  As the news is stating, these are the lowest economic times that we have seen since the 1930’s.  Well, guess what, the 1930’s was historically one of the richest times the entertainment industry has ever seen.  It is because  the general public seeks affordable entertainment to cheer them up during the worst of times.  This is an insecure time, but also an exciting time for all entertainers.  History is going to repeat itself and we are going to begin to see many entertainment careers start and flourish during the second lowest economic time that our country has ever seen.  This may be the only time in your lifetime that you will truly have an open door to making your mark in the Entertainment Industry.  In addition, economic advisors are stating that this is not the time to be totally dependent on a job, it is best to build your passion in life into becoming your future financial security.              As you already know, these concerts have now been in the planning stages many long months and I am proudly announcing that the stage to fill the concerts and compilation CD slots is now at the point of announcing the deadline to become involved; an extremely exciting and important stage.  It is also to be understood that all individual promotions are  being enhanced by these concerts and the compilation CDs which are going to be used to promote you and the program to producers, labels, media and  potential sponsors, etc.    Because of the nature of this program, being that it is to benefit victims and build careers in the entertainment industry, deadlines and regulations are a must and outlined below.  Keep in mind that these rules are only in place to ensure success for all that participate.Rules that you must be aware of:1.     All bands or singers that are interested in being included in the concerts must be under contract with the company.  2.    All bands and performers must be pre-screened.3.    All bands that are a part of the concerts will be included in all media coverage pertaining to that concert in which they are a part of.  4.    Sponsorship money will pay you and your expenses, amounts to expect will be announced prior to each concert.5.    All bands or singers that want to be a part of the Compilation CD must be under contract and have 2 copies of at least 2 songs on CDs mailed by announced deadline.6.    All deadlines are strictly adhered to and are for the sake of your success.7.    All slots for the concerts and CD are filled with only a certain amount available per genre, so do not delay your response to this notice.  All genres of music are being included.  This raises demand for your music both in the concerts and the industry.  8.    It is a must, that if you are interested in becoming a part of the Compilation CD, you reserve your spot as soon as possible.  It is recommended that you do not wait until deadline.  If you do not make it on the next announced deadline Compilation CD, your placement on a Compilation CD could be delayed as much as 90 days.9.    Any missed deadlines could cause a possible 60 to 90 day delay in the start of your general marketing, placement in the concerts and Compilation CD.The deadline to have contracts and songs to my office is Oct. 15, 2008.   This deadline is immediate due to the demand for the concerts and the artists that are involved   Thank you very much for your cooperation.  Always keep in mind that I am working with your success in mind.  So do feel free to contact me at anytime with any questions that you may have.Remember, dreams of success only come true for those that are willing to make them come true.Sincerely, Sandra Speer
